I had a great time at the hotel during my stay in Reno. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown and the beautiful river walk. However, I found the breakfast options to be lacking a bit in variety, and there were some minor issues with noise levels from the hall. Overall, it's a solid choice for a comfortable stay close to the action.

The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring comfortable beds and adequate closet space. However, the decor felt a bit dated with popcorn ceilings.
Service

The service was friendly and professional, although I wished there were more charging outlets available in the room.
Location

The hotel is in a superb location, just a short walk from downtown restaurants and attractions, yet it felt peaceful with lovely views of the Truckee River.
Dining

Breakfast was nice and hearty with made-to-order options, but I felt it could use a bit more variety to enhance the experience.

The amenities, including the indoor pool and gym, were well-kept and offered a comfortable environment for relaxation. The gym was small but had the essential equipment.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect-close to the river and downtown, yet tucked away in a quieter area. The rooms were spotless and provided a comfortable stay. The service was really attentive, making my time here feel special, although there were some minor hiccups with checkout instructions. The dining options were good, especially the breakfast, but could use a touch more polish. Overall, I would recommend this place for a relaxing stay.

The rooms were very nice, spotless, and had comfortable beds. I enjoyed a lovely view as well. However, they struggled a bit to cool down during the hot afternoons since my room faced the west side.
Service

The service was fantastic. The staff was courteous and professional, really going out of their way to accommodate my needs. They even helped me stay an extra night quickly and efficiently.
Location

The hotel had an excellent location that was close to a lot of attractions including the river and the casino, while still being on a quiet corner away from all the noise.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was average; the breakfast was a nice deal at $8.00 with good selections, but the execution could improve a bit. Some mornings it felt rushed, which affected the overall quality.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, but the pool could stand to be a couple degrees warmer to make it more enjoyable.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and provided a nice view of the city from the 14th floor, but they definitely felt outdated for the price we're paying. The service was excellent; the staff was always available to give us great recommendations. The location was perfect, walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and the Riverwalk, adding to the value of our stay. Although the amenities were limited, we still enjoyed our time here and plan to return in the future.

Rooms

Our room was spacious with a table and four chairs, a refrigerator, and a microwave. However, the decor felt quite outdated for the rate we paid.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to great dining options, art, and the beautiful Riverwalk. It's far enough from the bustling casinos to feel more peaceful.

The fitness center was limited, with only a couple of treadmills and an elliptical. I also missed having a sauna during the cold weather.

This hotel has a charming historic vibe, featuring unique decor and a clean, inviting atmosphere. The spacious rooms are comfortable, but some aspects could use a bit of modernization. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a good level of service. While breakfast is reasonably priced and quite good, the lack of effective air conditioning was disappointing, especially during the hot weather. Overall, it's a decent option for those who appreciate a classic hotel experience.

We had a great experience at this hotel overall! The location is fantastic, right near the River Walk with lots of trendy dining options. The rooms are spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the large indoor pool despite the weather. However, the noise from the elevators was quite noticeable at times. Overall, I would gladly stay here again for the comfort and convenience.

The hotel is in a lovely spot, nestled in the busy River Walk district with many restaurants. It's just a few blocks from all the downtown attractions yet quiet enough to escape the noise.

The indoor pool was a highlight, allowing us to enjoy a swim even when it was cold and rainy outside. The bar, which opens at 5 PM, was a nice touch as well.
